This workshop has been designed to provide delegates with practical skills & implementable step-by-step models, to enhance their current interaction style & maximise their relationship building ability & quality of conversations. Application of the processes taught will give delegates the ability to apply a more refined & conducive interpersonal approach which will enable them to position themselves with credibility, solidify relationships & achieve desired communication results, including defusing anger & handling resistance.

  • A highly participative; learn-by-doing (skills practise) approach is applied to ensure maximum personal growth.
  • Delegates will participate in a "self-discovery" exercise, where they complete a "communication inventory" document which will result in a graphic table depicting their current interpersonal communication skills strengths & limitations.
  • Delegates will be introduced to memorable, simple and highly effective visual models which represent the programmes key strategies.
  • These visual models provide a step-by-step process to achieve the required objectives within any relationship building cycle.
