Suswana is an Engineering Technician turned Corporate Trainer & Professional Speaker. He has excellent personal, organisational and client relationship management capabilities that enable him to partner with clients in providing effective solutions and outstanding project execution.  

Suswana spent 5 years at Transnet in an engineering project management environment with subsequent coaching and mentoring by Dr John Tibane for 24 months before starting own consultancy.

He comes forth as a solution driven, content-rich, energetic facilitator of learning whose primary focus areas are: Vocational Guidance, Project Management & Strategic Planning & Presentation Skills.

He holds a National Diploma in Electrical Engineering (Tshwane University of Technology), Advanced Business Management Programme (University Of Johannesburg) and is currently studying towards an Advanced Programme in Organizational Development with UNISA.
