Flee brings to Business Communication Skills her many years of experience in
business and adult education training which she gained as a Director and
Trainer of the South Africa / Zimbabwean based American Specialist Reading
Skills Programme.
As a director of Reading Dynamics Pty Ltd, she founded the company in Zimbabwe
(then Rhodesia) and successfully ran it for several years before returning to
South Africa to establish a base for the company in the Eastern Cape. She
originally qualified & practiced as a radiographer.
Flee subsequently completed the Institute of Personnel Management’s 3 year
Diploma in Human Resources Management and then lectured their second year
subject, Training II, for several years.
Flee’s insight & passion in all aspects of Customer Service stems from her
training in 1995, at Disney University, Disney World, USA where she attended
“The Disney Approach to Quality Service” training programme, which involved
‘working’ and observing management and motivation in every department in the
park.
As the Disney organisation has long been recognised as the world leader in
Customer Service, this programme has formed the basis of the Client
Relationship Skills Programme.
