Hector brings, as an associate facilitator to Business Communication Skills, his
many years of experience as a motivational speaker and radio presenter. His
enthusiasm and passion for seeing people grow assists delegates to reach their
full potential.
After completing his studies in 1994 in Public Administration at Pretoria
Technikon, he joined Radio Bop as a programme presenter.

The two years he spent with Radio Bop and his time spent presenting a show on
Kaya FM, gave him the confidence and skills to begin his motivational speaking
career with the “I Can Foundation” in 1998.
Hector runs his own successful personal development and motivational company
“Marang Consulting” the Setswana word meaning “Sun Rays”. Some of his clients
include: Total, Smollan Sales and Marketing and Otis. Marang was founded to
bring hope and encouragement to the workplace through motivation and personal
coaching.
