In June 1998, Lisa La Commare joined Business Communication Skills, as a Key
Account Executive. In July 2000, due to her exceptional sales performance and
professional and polished conduct, she was appointed Sales Director.
Lisa's philosophy for herself and her team, is the continual self-application
and refinement of the suite of interpersonal communication skills, which

After completing her BA degree, majoring in Psychology and Sociology, and
acquiring a Public Relations Diploma with PRISA, Lisa built up a successful
9-year track record as a National Client Service Manager for a high profile
Personnel Recruitment business. Her main function was to secure and develop
strong, profitable business relationships with blue chip organisations.
Lisa's interest in self-development and self-motivation, led her to becoming a
distributor and personal coach for Success Motivation International (SMI). Her
passion for people development and her love for the professional corporate
world led her to joining Business Communication Skills. Her greatest reward is
